3/17/18- 5-foot-9, 155-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. Juliar did not get cheated at the plate, and with aggressive hips and a stronger bottom hand, he stroked balls from gap to gap during batting practice. The 5-foot-9, 155-pound outfielder ran a 6.99 60-yard dash, and then showed off some twitch at the plate. Allowing his hands to rock down and back freely with a knee-knock stride, Juliar’s barrel showcased some lag through the zone on an uphill plane as his quick hands drove it to the ball. Because the hands show enough quickness, and he has some strength, Juliar is an intriguing player to follow moving forward. Shows above avg. actions and ability in outfield, plays with quickness, works through ball, has solid athleticism, with accurate arm to target with carry at 82 mph. Strong follow in 2020 class.
