Uncommitted Spotlight: '20 Brayden Polzien

Brett Harrison
Nevada Scouting Director

Brayden Polzien is one of the most polished right-handed pitchers still on the board with a clean, low effort delivery and an effective four pitch mix. An raw arm that has continue to progress throughout his high school career both mechanically and developing feel for each of his pitches. Polzien was poised to make some noise during his senior campaign, especially after a terrific outing in his only start of the year going complete game, 7.0 innings, allowing 1 unearned run against one of the top programs in the state in Liberty. What this prospect lacks in velocity, he make up for in grit and would be a great addition to any staff looking for a competitor.

"Brayden is one of the hardest working guys on our team who wants the ball everyday. He is a bulldog on the mound and is going to be a great addition to any program looking to win a lot of baseball games." - Green Valley Head Coach, Matt Harrison
