Laidely is a LHH SS with a frame to dream on. He is a 6.9 runner and was up to 86 across the diamond. In the box, he has some loft in the swing, and with more strength has a chance to really impact the baseball

Hit: LH. Slightly leaning back pre-pitch, wide base, toe tap load trigger, hands go back to trigger swing, uphill swing plane, middle of the field to opposite field gap approach hitting primarily line drives.

Power: 91.63 mph max exit velocity in BP, 89.40 mph average exit velocity, 318 feet max distance, and 80% of batted balls over 90 mph exit velocity.

Arm: RH. INF - 83 mph. Short arm action, 3/4 slot, accurate throws.

Defense: Quick footwork getting to the ball at times, clean funnel to release with good hands, fields the ball in rhythm towards target.
