Uncommitted Spotlight - '23 Brock Rod

We most recently saw Rod at the Marucci Elite TX Scout day where he looked noticeably stronger since earlier in the year. He had a great day starting with defensive work where he threw 89 from the OF. Moving into BP, he took a comfortable round from the left side, showing ability to hit the ball where it's pitched with authority. Rod ended his day on the bump, running the FB up to 84 with plenty of quality strikes in the zone. He will be a good follow in the Spring as he continues to develop around his natural tools.
