The spring season has already kicked off in some areas of the country, and college coaches are collecting names to follow. The arms are sure to be ahead of the bats, especially early on, so this week On the Hunt takes a look at some intriguing uncommitted 2022 pitchers from across the country.

Nathan Dvorsky RHP / 1B / Lambert , GA / 2022

Dvorsky appears taller than his listed 6-foot-1, 180-pound size with natural strength throughout a long-limbed frame. The right-hander has been up to 90 mph, and recently  worked 85-88 (2299 RPM avg.) at a PBR Georgia preseason event where he pounded the strike zone with a full arsenal of pitches. The fastball features higher spin, and he showcases some feel in throwing it to both sides of the plate on a downhill plane. Working athletically down the mound with a high  ¾ release, Dvorsky effortlessly drops in a 71-74 curveball for strikes, and the pitch  will likely continue trending up this spring as he gets further into the season. He also shows impressive feel for a darting changeup (76-79, 1525 RPM) that has promise as a weapon, and should help him challenge for a starting role at the next level. Given his quick  arm and ability to throw three pitches for a strike, Dvorsky is likely to garner attention from college coaches this spring and summer as they envision a future starter.
