The 2017 ENY All-Star Games took place Sept. 17 at Marist College. Over 60 high-end prospects took the field showing off their skill-sets in front of our PBR NY scouting staff and nearly a dozen college coaches. As the smoke starts to clear, we are fast-at-work piecing together all the scouting data we collected 18-days ago. Today we start to highlight individual players who's performances earned an extra look.

Scouting Reports

ENY All-Star Games (Sept. 17, 2017) Foody stands a solid 6-foot-2, 205-pounds. He uses a relatively slow delivery, knee lift above his belt with high hands. He uses a long arm-action slightly back/down towards 2B, long front arm with shoulder tilt, long stride. Releases the ball from a high-3/4 slot with a fastball peaking at 80 mph (sat 78). There's some depth and arm-run to his fastball. After seeing Foody over the past few months it's clear there's more to come from the burly RHP, more specifically velocity. Focusing on getting that 205-pound body as strong as possible will play a huge role in his development.
