Athletic frame at 6-foot-0 190 pounds for the left-handed hitting OF/RHP. At the plate Hogan sets up slightly open with some lower half flexion; slight take back of the hands with and aggressive lower half. Swing path sweeps through the zone with some lift to his pull side. Above average bat speed; was 1-for-3 on the day. On the mound Hogan fired four shutout innings and was dominant. His fastball ranged between 87-89 MPH with a couple 90 MPH heaters sprinkled in. Smooth delivery, with a long-arm action. He worked up in the zone at times, but it was effective because they were unable to square it up. His fastball ranged between 87-89 MPH with a couple 90 MPHs sprinkled in. Showed a devastating 12-6 curveball at 76 MPH.
