6/13/17:  6-foot-3, 205 pound infielder possesses gap to gap power with ability to add more as he matures. Quick barrel turn from an open setup and hanging leg kick.  Gets through the ball consistently.  Big load, lots of head movement.  High exit velocity of 93 mph. Defensively, hands are sure with clean transfer.  Plays through it well.  Throws topped at 83 across the infield.  Ran a 7.27 laser timed 60 yard dash.

2017 Spring Scout Blog:  Stout, athletically aggressive prospect with a frame that should continue to develop prototypical corner infield size with a left side arm. Stands 6-foot-3, 200 pounds with a strong lower-half. High offensive power projection and some athleticism for his size and age. Offensively has a more balanced and athletic stance than we've seen in the past. High leg kick and an uphill swing plane. Fast bat that gets to extension. Everything is pull-side currently. In the field has a tendency to get flat-footed and sit back on groundballs causing some stiffness and indecision. Throws from a high 3/4 slot and throws have carry. High follow with potential to be the top offensive power prospect in the 2020 class.

9/18/16: The freshman already possesses a strong build at 6-foot-2, 200 pounds. Offensively, the RHH showcased physicality with present pull-side power for his age. He hits from a tall, open setup, using a slight leg. Gets good use of his lower half, getting off his backside. Does have a tendency to over-rotate. Possesses quick bat speed for a 2020. Advanced approach, regularly got to extension in BP. Swing path is uphill, creating lift. Ball jumps off his bat. Fluid rhythm. High exit velocity of 87. Projects as a corner INF defensively. At 3B showcased good glove work. Plays through the baseball well with some athleticism. Moves well for his size. Ran a 7.27-60.
