Super 60 Spotlight: Jonah Giblin

Athletically built with a wide, square upper-body, Giblin has an impressive frame at 6-foot-4, 210 pounds. Delivery is simple & repeatable. Maintains consistent tempo with throwing actions as he gets out to release. Arm action gets long/extended at takeaway but shortens up & gets compact once he gets to foot strike. Pitches with low effort, which allows him to hold his velocity deep into starts. FB has been up to 92 and sits comfortably in the 87-91 range. FB is relatively straight but has noticable heavy life as it enters the zone. Breaking ball has more of a slurve shape at 72-76. Flashes potential at times but is still developing.
