Scouting Report
7/10/18 - Missouri State commit. 5-foot-11, 180-pound, left-handed hitting/throwing outfielder, strong stocky build. Hits from a spread setup, leg kick stride. Pull side approach, path works slightly uphill with bat speed. Occasional hard contact, flashes above average pop. 93 mph exit velocity form the tee. Defensively arm works long and over the top, 93 mph from the outfield, right-field profile. Feet setup behind the baseball and shuffles through. 6.99 runner in the 60.
8/4/16 - The 5-foot-10, 200-pound Krogman is a legitimate two-way recruit, but on Friday he showcased his pitching ability. His fastball topped at 81 mph with arm-side run.Krogman showed aggressive actions in the outfield and at the plate during evals on Thursday. He was 84 mph from the outfield and had an 85 mph exit velo. He ran a 7.15 60. He walked against Team Select
1/31/16 - Krogman is a 5-foot-11 155-pound left-handed hitting outfielder from Liberty (Wentzville) HS in the St. Louis area. He ran a 7.25 60, one of the fastest of the event, and has an 82 mph exit velo, one of the best among LHH. At the plate, starts slightly open, uses toe tap for timing, quick hands, level path to extension, solid consistent line drives during batting practice, gap-to-gap. In the outfield, attacks ball, over the top release, plays through ball, momentum towards target, loose arm, 86 mph positional velo, top outfield velo for the event, quick twitch athlete. On the mound, Krogman starts delivery under control and is aggressive down the mound, quick arm speed, over the top release, loose arm action, smooth rhythm, throwing with some effort. Fastball was 80-83 mph, top LHP fastball velo for the event, showed a tight spinning 12-to-6 breaking ball, 72-74 mph, throws for a strike, showed some feel for a change up at 69-74 mph, fastball arm speed, down in zone.
