PBR: Why did you choose Wright State?
Snyder: Wright State has a great baseball program, academics, and coaching staff.
PBR: What other schools were you considering?
Snyder: Miami and other MAC schools
PBR: You have made your commitment very early. Why did you chose to make your decision so soon and are you finished with the recruiting process?
Snyder: I chose Wright State because they met my goals and needs and therefore I accepted. I did not want to wait and potentially lose this opportunity. I am finished with the recruiting process and am waiting to sign in November.
PBR: Now that you have your commitment out of the way, what are your goals both individually and for the team going into your senior season?
Snyder: Individual goals include a sub 1 ERA, go undefeated, have a BA .500 As a team I want to win a State championship.
PBR: How does it feel to be a part of a Division 1 baseball program?
Snyder: I am happy and relieved that I made my decision. I am looking forward to competing at the D 1 level.
PBR: Who do you play for in the summer and what was the most memorable experience from this summer?
Snyder: I played for Chris Valentine with the 17U Ohio Elite. The most memorable experience was playing with a great group of guys and coaches.
PBR: What were your stats this spring season at West Holmes?
Snyder: 60k's, 62 innings, ERA 1.12, record of 9-1, .355, with 24 RBI's, 6 doubles and a home run.
PBR: Who is the toughest hitter that you have faced in Ohio?
Snyder: No particular person stands out. Wapakoneta was the strongest hitting team that I faced in our state semifinal game.
