The annual Invite Only Preseason All-State Underclass Showcase for the top 2022-2024 prospects is coming up Saturday March 7th at Roundtripper Sports Academy in Westfield, IN. Leading up to the event we will highlight some of the top players to be in attendance.

Scouting Report

Tall, open stance, short leg kick stride, long and uphill path to the ball. Advanced bat speed for age. Finished the day 1-4 with a single and hit by pitch. Lined out to the warning track in dead center. Ball sounds different off the bat. Behind the plate, above average defender for age. Blocked every ball, soft hands and advanced framing skills stole a couple strikes. Premium arm strength, throws to second have life on them. 2.19-2.27 pop times.

Positional Profile: C/RHP
Body: 5-foot-6, 160-pounds.
Defense: 2.10-2.25 pop times, Soft hands, clean exchange from glove to hand, athletic out of the crouch.
Arm: RH. C - 74 mph. Short arm action, high 3/4 arm slot, throws carry.
Hit: RHH. Tall open setup, short leg-kick trigger, maintains balance through contact. Advanced bat speed, long, uphill path through the zone, natural lift in swing, fluid rhythm and consistent hard contact.
Power: 92 mph exit velocity from the tee. Advanced bat strength and physicality for his age.
Run: 7.54 runner in the 60.
Delivery: Tall and fall delivery, level shoulders, works in line with his target, smooth rhythm.
Arm Action: RH. Short loose arm action, over the top slot.
FB: T79, 75-79 mph. Slight arm-side-run, thrown for strikes.
CB: 63-67 mph. 11/5 shape.
CH: 66-69 mph.
