Uses a clean, fluid, uninterrupted arm circle, high-3/4 slot. Fastball sits 86-88 mph, downhill tilt, late run. Changeup is thrown with full arm speed, 77-79 mph, above average fade and depth. Slider ranges 72-78 mph, late break with depth, 11/5 shape. Kowalski shows exceptional command of all three pitches down in the zone.
