Player Spotlight: RHP Collin Brougham (Park Hill South, 2018)

Collin Brougham (Park Hill South, 2018) topped at 87 mph, an event high, at the Unsigned Prospect Showcase in Wichita on Nov. 4.  Here is a look inside the recruiting process for Collin Brougham.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

Brougham: I’m looking for a fairly selective academic school with an engineering program.

PBR: How did you do your junior year? What were your high school statistics? And how did your team do?

Brougham: I did fairly well my junior year. I was named second team all conference with a .82 ERA in conference. My team only made it past the first round of districts, losing to the team that would go on to win districts.

PBR: What are you goals for your senior season?

Brougham:
My goals for my senior season are to be able to touch 90 a couple times in game and be a dominant force each and every inning that I throw.

PBR: What travel team do you play for? Are you playing fall ball with a team?

Brougham:
I play for the STC Monarchs.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

Brougham: Last year was my last year of basketball.

PBR: What are your ACT and GPA?

Brougham:  27 ACT. 4.08 GPA
