Player Spotlight: OF Codi Williams

Athletic 6-foot, 170-pound frame with room to fill out. Was recently at the Top Prospect Games where he had a strong workout. The athletic outfielder posted a 6.68 60-yard dash and showed fluid, athletic actions during his defensive workout producing a solid positional velocity of 85 mph. The left-handed hitter also took an impressive BP hitting from a taller, balanced, stance, utilizing a toe tap load before making an athletic movement towards the baseball and firing off a fast twitch, athletic swing with advanced bat speed producing an exit velocity of 97 mph on Trackman. Top end athlete with present tools and lots of upside.
