December can seem like a slower baseball month as there are no games. The news, commitments, and stories continued to flow, and at times, at a staggering pace. The month saw 30 players declare their intentions for college. PBR also began its look forward to the spring by contacting high school coaches, from across the state to talk about the upcoming season and the new rules implemented on pitch counts.
Across PBR, state directors continued to work to highlight players and events. Player rankings were updated and introduced. Even in the “slow” time of the year, Prep Baseball Report is working to cover high school baseball across the state of North Carolina, and the country.
