Oklahoma Power 25 Rankings: Week Five
April 4, 2022
Week 5 was filled with Power 25 matchups all across the state with teams trading blows with each other showing how much parody there is around the State. Owasso remains number one having still not lost a game within state lines followed by Bixby and Deer Creek showing how close they are as programs playing to a one run game. Jenks continues to stay steady with their winning ways and will show their worth in the next couple of weeks as the schedule gets tougher. Stillwater jumps back into the top 10 after an impressive week of wins. Two teams enter the rankings this week with Oktaha continuing to impress after playing a great schedule and Fort Cobb-Broxton joins the list while racking up the wins.
As the season progresses and more and more district series get played it will allow a clearer picture to where we might stand at the end of the season. Rankings are determined by outcome of games, quality of opponent, and a heavier weighting towards district game wins. All records are pulled off of OSSAA Rankings website.
