The Northwoods League season is now complete with the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders taking home the hardware as champions.  As the players head back to school for class and fall baseball workouts, we begin our prospect rankings for the 2019 and 2020 drafts.

Over the years MLB greats such as Chris Sale, Max Scherzer and Curtis Granderson, as well as many other everyday ML players like Brandon Crawford, Kole Calhoun, Paul DeJong, Andre Ethier, Kevin Pillar, Jordan Zimmerman and Ben Zobrist have spent summers in the Northwoods chasing their dream. Although time will tell if our list contains any big leaguers of that caliber, here's our ranking of the top prospects who played in the Northwoods this summer.

Rank Eligible Player Position School
1 2020 Joe Boyle RHP Notre Dame
2 2019 Louie Varland RHP Concordia-St Paul (MN)
3 2019 Adam Lukas RHP Evansville
4 2020 Zach Daniels CF Tennessee
