Scouting Report

6/5/22

Projectable 6-foot, 155 lb frame. Bronson is high waisted and wiry while already possessing  strength and athleticism in his actions on the mound. The delivery repeats with all 3 pitches. He gets into the back side as he glides down the mound; has quality hip-shoulder separation at foot strike and finishes over a strong post leg. The arm action comes out of the glove clean and works through a natural 3/4 slot. The Fastball sat 78 MPH, topped at 80 MPH with high spin and advanced IVB up to 21", this gives it a swing & miss profile the can have success up in the zone. The Changeup comes out of a near same release point while he maintains pace and arm speed in the delivery for deception. With a 7 MPH differential off the FB, low spin and a average of 15" of arm side run, the CH could generate plenty of swing & miss / weak contact results. The CB is developing but flashed some depth at the bottom of the zone (6' vertical drop / 6" horizontal) .
