As we approach the spring season, we would like to highlight some uncommitted players from across the state that you should get out and see this spring.
The final Western VA portion of Need To Know has us take a look at three uncommittted 2025's.

Josiah Sy Crider is one of the best offensive players in the valley area. Smooth left handed stroke that is short to contact and has a high contact rate. Crider is a very consistent hitter and should be a centerpiece for the Broadway lineup this spring.

Jett Humphreys was a standout as a freshman for the Abingdon Falcons. Mid 80's arm that can run it up a bit higher at times and has some power potential in the bat. Humphreys is next in line for big time players that have come out of the southwestern Virginia power.

Jackson Rosales is a 2025 outfielder from the Miller School. Rosales first made a big impression on our staff when we saw him in our summer tournament series in Richmond. Athletic frame, lean strength, and high waist. Short compact stroke, above average runner, and has some physicality that he will continue to tap into as he adds strength.
