PreSeason All-State East

Puszczalo is 5-10 with a lankier athletic frame that has plenty of projection left to it. Hits from the right side from a slightly open leaned back athletic stance, low leg kick stride on line, short load back to a slight wrap. Hips rotate and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, goes straight to the ball, slightly uphill line drive swing path, some strength at contact point, showed a good approach working primarily gap to gap, has some doubles power present in the middle of the field with more in the tank, exit velocity was 90. Behind the plate, gains ground during clean exchange, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, short arm action, position velocity was 71 and pop times 2.14-2.27. Receiving, works from good wide stance, drops into block quickly. Showed versatility working out in the infield, where his velocity was 87. Ran a 7.59 60 yard dash.

VA/MD State Games

6-foot-2, 168-pound lanky frame. Solid projectable during batting practice, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 88 mph. (70.4 mph bat speed average). (22.0 mph hand speed average). Started in a wide balanced stance with a quick compact load, then used a short small leg kick. Bat speed is present, shows a short upward swing plane and balanced finish. Found some barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Solid projectable while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 72 mph; has a clean exchange, firm hands, and in control feet. Used a high ¾ slot and a longer arm action while showing decent accuracy to the base. Clocked a 60 time of 7.59 at the event. On the mound, showed above average developing arm speed, also used a ¾ arm angle with a short compact arm action. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses easy effort. Has in line shoulder and consistent balance point. Lands square with balanced finish. Threw his fastball 77-80 mph; showed slight running action and command feel around the zone. (Max spin 2181; Avg 2036). Has a 10/4 curveball (66-70) that showed some control and late hard action. (Max spin 1902; Avg 1759).

TPG East II

Chadwell has an athletic 6-foot-2 and 168-pound frame with long levers and room to add strength. Stance starts slightly open then loads with a toe tap. Lands with a wide slightly open base and hips rotate with violence. Swings with a level barrel path and makes contact out in front with a high finish. Some extra base intent and carry behind the swing while posting a top exit velocity of 90 mph. In the infield Chadwell has active and controlled footwork working around the baseball. Average hands and a clean exchange below the chest. Throws across the infield with a full arm circle from a three-quarter slot and a top infield velocity of 72 mph. Also ran a laser timed 7.78 60-yard dash.
