The Missouri Mariners Scout Day was held on February 14th.  The event featured a number of stand out statistical performance and a couple young players that caught our attention.  Leading the way in exit velo was Trevor Lovall at 90 mph. A couple positional players showed off big arms during the defensive portion of the event; 2022 Evan Carroll threw 89 during the outfield defense while 2022 SS Jackson Chu was 88 mph across the diamond during the infield defense. Chu was also a standout on the mound sitting 84- 86 during his bullpen. A young standout that will be a fun follow was 2024 OF/LHP Clay Cox who put together an impressive all around event including a strong BP round while also sitting 83-85 with a good curveball.
