Senior shortstop Forrest Perron had 3 hits including a two-run home run. Senior Will Cicerchi had 3 doubles. Cincinnati recruit Austin Pritchard struck out 6, over 6 innings to improve to 5-1 on the season.
No. 2 Grove City (20-2) beat No. 34 Pickerington North 8-7 to clinch an OCC Division Championship.

Johnny Crawford 6-0 (5-0 WBL) had another outstanding effort on the hill giving up only 1 hit in the 5 inning complete game. Crawford struck out 10 Cougars and did not allow a free pass. Crawford extends his scoreless streak in WBL action to 31 consecutive innings.
