March is finally here and baseball tryouts have officially hit the ground running for Public Schools across the Old Line State. This year, we have decided to keep the same format as last year as we will keep two separate rankings throughout the Spring season. All Maryland Private schools will be considered in this year's weekly PBR Maryland Private Schools Top 10 rankings while only Public schools will be considered in our traditional PBR Maryland Public Schools Power 25. An update to these rankings will be released every Monday throughout the season.

Season Snapshot
The Blazers turn the page to 2022 and look at a roster that has plenty of depth, experience and talent on both sides of the ball. Key losses of Brooks Aleshire (Wilson College) and Eric Bender are tough to swallow, as both produced huge innings on the bump and were monumental in the success just a year ago. However, the Blazers enter 2022 with one of the better one-two punches in the conference on the bump in Senior lefty Clayton Boyer and Sophomore righty Dawson Kehr.
Offensively, the Blazers have the depth needed to make a serious run this season led by Kehr, Logan Helser and Damien Pittsnogle. Junior outfielder Coleman Bragunier and Sophomore Tyler Josenhans will also give coach Shives some depth throughout the lineup.
