Yesterday we released our Final Class of 2020 Rankings. In all, 25 new faces from across the Old Line State and Delaware were added bringing our final total to 275. Today we dive into them with a look at the 39 players that rose in the rankings. We have also spotlighted some uncommitted risers with video.
