#21 Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons

The 4A West is one of, if not the best regions across the Old Line State, and that does not change in 2023. The Barons enter this Spring campaign looking for players to step up with the departures of two-way standout Beck Urofsky (Cornell), right-handed pitcher Dylan Friebert (Frostburg State) and two-way Paul Fine (Emory). On the bump, look for Senior lefty Miles Kessler (New York), Junior Bobby Burk and Senior Patrick Micheel to lead the pitching staff, with the emergence of two intriguing Sophomores in William Adkinson and Henry Eichner providing some well added depth. 

Junior speedster Adam Niman, infielder Jackson Clemens and Bobby Burk will look to lead the offense, with Sophomore outfielder Trent Lopez looking to make a larger impact in '23. The departure of Urofsky, Fine, Teddy Fisher and Joseph Lozada will cause the Barons lineup to look vastly different this year, so look for younger players to provide a more prominent role in 2023.
