Scouting Report
Physical: Projectable 6-foot-3, 200 lb frame. 7.11 runner in the 60.
Daly showed 2-way potential with raw strength and athleticism in all phases. At the plate Daly generates natural back spin with pop to the pull side, peak exit velo of 95 MPH with a max distance of 351 feet. On the mound Daly showed a fluid delivery with a repeatable release; FB plays heavy with up to 10" of arm side run. Slider has swing and miss potential with high spin (2156 RPM) and up to 5" vertical drop and 20" horizontal movement. Changeup is tunneled with good hand speed.
