7/15/20

Physical: Large and projectable 6-foot-2, 205-pound frame with strength in the lower half. 7.39 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: LHH. Begins with a crouched, even stance as the hands start next to the ear as the barrel points straight backwards over the back. Utilized a short lift and replace stride with slight hip glide towards impact, stayed relatively high with the posture throughout the swing working towards a high finish. The hands played through a flat path showing natural lift after impact, demonstrated a feel for the pull-side during batting practice, peppering the RCF gap with repeated hard contact. Long levers stayed inside the baseball dealing damage when getting through extension with a purpose, generated a maximum bat-exit velocity of 94 mph according to Trackman Baseball registering a top distance of 342 feet on a batted ball.

Defensively: The primary outfielder featured controlled downhill actions with active footwork on the approach. Fielded the ball off of his right foot while keeping momentum through the fielding window from a semi-low setup. Was able to range in either direction with long, methodical strides / used an accurate, high ¾ slot with a full arm circle / advanced arm strength from his position. OF - 85 mph

Pitching: LHP - Short side rocker step, medium leg lift with a slight hip coil at the top of the stack, advanced feel in the delivery, repeats well with direction towards the plate, high ¾ slot with fluidity from a moderate arm circle. FB ranged from 81-83 mph with natural arm side run and a max of 2110 spin per Trackman Baseball, dropped in a short and slow breaking, 65-67 mph CB with 1/7 shape and late depth. Countered with a 71-73 mph CH with low spin and quality deception at the plate.
