KS Uncommitted Spotlight: RHP Yoni Castro
December 13, 2022
Update: Now committed to Arizona Western
This Fall PBR will be highlighting some of the top uncommitted players in the 2023 and 2024 classes. Today, we take an in-depth look at 2023 RHP Yoni Castro from Life Prep in Wichita. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound right-hander was impressive in our first look at him at the KS Summer Open at Wichita State. Castro ran his fastball up to 91 and mixed a changeup and curveball for strikes. His commanded 3 pitch mix and clean arm action should allow him to start at the next level effectively.
