The Overall 2019 Rankings were updated this week and Wisconsin saw five of its top prospects make the cut of the top 150 across our 30+ state coverage area.
Recent Illinois commit, Xavier Watson (South Milwaukee) tops the list and cracks the top 50 overall. Along with Watson, left-handed hitting catcher Nathan Stevens (Waunakee) and OF Steve Jamroziak (Muskego) are returners to the 2019 Overall Rankings.
New to the list is left-handed hitting outfield Eli Kramer (Hortonville).
Kramer is a fleet footed left-handed bat with a wiry frame that projects to fill out and additional pop to his bat. SS Dan Blomgren (Janesville Craig) fell not to far behind Kramer in the top 150. Blomgren is a savvy defender on the middle of the infield that will likely stick as a premium defender at shortstop.
