Quiet set up with wide, neutral stance with hands just above back shoulder. Small leg lift and stride, hands load up and back with fluidity. Short, fluid LH swing with slight uptick on finish. 0-2 with two groundouts.
Verona vs. Bloomfield
Scouting Report
Long, lanky frame at 6-foot-6 165-pounds with wiry-athletic limbs. Fastball sat 83-84 touching 85 with late armside run. Curveball showed 1/7 shape at 67-70 for strikes. High-3/4 slot with a long, clean and repeatable delivery. Finishes with momentum toward homeplate - lands closed with landing leg pointed toward dugout. One of the top uncommitted 2021s in NJ.
St. Augustine Prep vs. Gloucester Catholic

North Carolina recruit. Long, wiry-athletic frame at 6-foot-3 195-pounds. Fastball sat 87-88 touching 89 early on in the game. Settled at 85-86 in the later innings. Slider showed sharp, late and hard 1/7 bite at 78-81 with tight spin and fastball arm action out of hand. Tough to pick up. 3/4 slot, some funk to delivery that makes him deceptive. Dontrelle-Willis-esque hip load in balance point and throws slightly across body, like Madison Bumgarner. One of the top left handersin the state/country.

Villanova recruit. Lanky 6-foot-1 175-pound build with room to fill out. Fastball sat 89-91 for most of the game against Gloucester Catholic. Flashed a sharp, hard slider with late 11/5 break at 76-79. Fastball velocity held through the 6th inning. Long, loose arm action. Strikeout type stuff w/ slider.
Scouting Report
Zamora got the nod against cross-town rival Steinert in a night game matchup at Veterans Park in Mercer County. The broad-shouldered Zamora filled the strike zone at 84-86 touching 87 with some armside run on his fastball. High-3/4 slot with a short quick arm action, Zamora showed swing and miss stuff with his fastball and breaker. CB had late 11/5 bite at 74-75 and also wrinkled in a changeup with armside run at 77 MPH. Up tempo and high energy on the mound, Zamora lands closed with a small turn-off toward first base on finish. Tall and athletic balance point, one of the top 2021s in NJ.
