PBR Future Games is set for July 29th-Aug 1st

Prep Baseball Report's one-of-a-kind event will feature the best uncommitted 2022 prospects and select 2023 prospects from our 40-plus state coverage area. The Future Games will take place on Wednesday, July 29th through Saturday, August 1st at LakePoint in Cartersville, GA.

The Future Games is the premier summer scouting event for Class of 2022 prospects and select 2023 prospects. Last year, more than 320 college coaches from all over the country were in attendance. The Prep Baseball Report services are subscribed by more than 800 colleges and pro scouts.

Players will also receive maximum visibility from college coaches all over the country, in addition to being promoted through the Prep Baseball Report multimedia platforms.

Each state team will play three games. On Wednesday, all position players will be put through a showcase workout in which they will run 60s, take batting practice and be evaluated at their primary position.

'22 OF/LHP Brandon Compton of Buckeye Union High School is your newest member of Team Arizona.

Compton has started to make a name for himself over the last year throughout our coverage. We last saw him at our Preseason All-State Games, where he should his well rounded skill set. At 5-foot-10 180-pounds, strength has started to come for him, who has already has some advanced actions. He's a high character guy that works extremely hard. Type of make-up that many coaches would look for to start when building a team. Overall clean actions at the plate and on the mound. Left handed hitter with advanced approach. Uses the LCF gap well and cant turn a ball with hard contact to RCF, 87mph exit velocity. Repeatable delivery on the mound, throwing strikes at 78-81mph at our Preseason All-State back in January. We have also received word that he has made some jumps since then. He combines his FB with a 12/6 CV with above average control. Going to be a player to monitor as he physically develops. We are excited to have Brandon Compton as a member of Team Arizona.
