Fall Player Spotlights: Tyler Hoskins

Scott Hood
OK/MO/KS/ARK Assistant Scouting Director

This Fall PBR Arkansas is highlighting a couple of the top uncommitted prospects from the 2023 class to a handful of talented 2025's.  Today we take a look at right-handed pitcher Tyler Hoskins.  The Valley View HS arm showed off the arm strength earlier this past summer working the fastball up to 89.7 mph with strong spin rates to go along with feel for upper 70's curveball.  Hoskins has the physical and projectable 6-foot-2 and 200-pounds and athleticism as a potential two-way prospect with strength in the hands.  Hoskins boasts a clean delivery with strong hand speed which makes him a definite prospect to keep an eye on in the near future.
