Fall Player Spotlights: Jabe Schlehuber

Scott Hood
OK/MO/KS/ARK Assistant Scouting Director

Prep Baseball Report Oklahoma is highlighted some of the top remaining uncommitted players in the 2023 class to a couple of the top 2025's.  Today we take a look at 2023 RHP Jabe Schlehuber.  Schlehuber started to make some noise as a competitive arm during his sophomore year before really shining this past spring for Sand Springs.  Jabe turned himself into a legitimate ace with quality appearances against some of the top lineups in the state thanks to his mid to upper 80's fastball and command of two breaking balls and feel for changeup.  Schlehuber comes after hitters with a relentless attack mentality and shows the ability to miss barrels while lighting up the strike zone.  Teams looking for an uber-competitor and an arm that has shown big production in the past should be taking a closer look here.
