The Florida Preseason All-State has quickly become the premier Preseason event in the state of Florida. Over the first two years there have been over 100 committed players in attendance and counting. This event is held for the top 2019s-2022s throughout the state to kick off the Prep Baseball Report's spring high school baseball coverage.

We will begin to spotlight each and every player in attendance. Today, we look at 3B/RHP Connor Wilt (Cardinal Newman, 2021). The uncommitted two-way prospect earned an invite to Preseason All-State after attending the South Florida Trials on January 12th at FIU.

Scouting Report

1/12/19 - The stocky, 5-foot-11, 175 pound third baseman worked under control defensively. Arm will need to continue to improve to stick at third, but hands and feet work well together. Offensively, the left handed hitter has a loose, swing with bat speed and power potential. He looks to pull and can wrap at times, but as he matures both physically and as a hitter, there is a lot of upside in the left-handed bat.
