Freshman Josh Durbin pitched all 8 innings in picking up the win against #1 Central Hardin.
#3 Lexington Catholic 3 Trinity 2
Trey Miller collected 2 hits and 2 RBi, and Daniel Little and Taylor Henley each added 2 hits in the win. Tom Banahan struck out 7 over 6 innings of work and Jack Carroll pitched a scoreless 7th to pick up the save.
#5 Woodford County 4 #23 Madison Central 0
Eli Boggess drove in 2 runs and Christopher Powers collected 2 hits in the win. Pete O’Nan struck out 9 in going the distance for the complete game shutout.
#6 Henderson County 13 Caldwell County 0
#7 Tates Creek 5 Franklin County 4
Trailing 4-0, Tates Creek survived the upset bid by scoring 5 runs in the 6th inning. Blake Rose doublen home 2 runs, and Austin Younce added a double and RBI. Noah Stone worked 5 solid innings, allowing no earned runs while striking out 8 in a no decision.

Tates Creek broke open a scoreless tie with 3 runs in the 6th inning. Blake Rose doubled and drove in a run in the win. Caleb Johnson continued to be impressive this spring firing a complete game 4-hit shutout with 9 K’s.

Colby Griggs went 3-3 with 2 triples and 3 RBI, and Drew Schmitt went 2-3 with a double and 2 RBI in the rout. Sam Goode fired the 5-inning shutout, striking out 4 along the way.

Hunter Martin fired a no-hitter with 10 K’s for PLD. Tyler Brummer stroked a double and knocked in 3 runs to lead the Dunbar offense.

Austin Perry went 2-3 with a triple, and Buddy Johnson added a triple as Collins cruised to the win. Dan Sanders fired a complete game 1-hitter with 8 K’s to record the win.

Chase Patton picked up the win improving his record to 7-0 with 7 K’s last night. Offensively BE was led by Chris Ethridge who went 2-4 with a HR and a double and 2 RBI and Hunter Wood who went 3-4 with 2 doubles and a RBI.

#14 Ryle 10 Bishop Brossart 0
Mason Forbes drove in 2 runs, Thomas Baumann added a double, and Ethan Brennan picked up the win as Ryle routed Bishop Brossart.

Matt McCarty tripled and drove in 3 runs in the Apollo victory. Jacob Sumner threw 4 scoreless innings to pick up the win.

Tyler Robertson and Garret Stephens each had 2 hits, and Jalen Bennett collected 3 RBI as the Lakers held on for the win. Jason Reynolds had a big night in the loss going 3-4 with a double and home run.

#20 Hazard 8 Clay County 1
Trailing 1-0, the Bulldogs erupted for 8 runs in the top of the 6th inning. Jordan Olinger went 2-3 with a HR and 2 RBI, and Austin Johnson went 2-4 with a double and drove in a run. JT Haynes added 3 hits in the win. Freshman Griffin Wells scattered 3 hits and struck out 11 in going the distance for the complete game.

Kevin Veeley launched a 3-run HR and Kyler Dugle went 2-4 with a double. Dillon Boone worked 5 innings with 5 K’s to pick up the win.
#24 Adair County 13 Metcalfe County 1 (5 innings)
The Indians starters put the hammer down early, scoring all their runs in their first two innings before giving way to their younger teammates. Will Hixson was dominant on the mound allowing one run on three hits, while fanning a career high 13, including the first 11 outs of the game.
#25 Greenwood 9 Barren County 4
Dexter Cline and Jake Riley each had 2 hits, and Trevor Brewer had a double and 2 RBI in the win. Cline allowed 2 ER in 5 2/3 innings with 6 K’s.
Conner 6 St. Henry 3
Blaise Ostertage went 2-4 with a double, and Dustin Herrmann drove home 2 runs with a double of his own in the Conner victory. Cameron Ross went the distance with 5 K’s to pick up the win.
Daviess County 6 Hancock County 5
Daviess County scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 7th for the walk-off win. Kyle Schneider went 3-3 with a RBI, and Walker Owens drove in 3 runs. Zach Burton allowed 1 ER in 3 innings of relief to pick up the win.
Cumberland County 11 Campbelsville 2
Evan Proffit went 3-4 with 2 triples, 2 RBI, and 3 runs scored, Trent Thomas added 3 hits and 2 RBI, and Logan Skipworth went 2-4 with a double and 3 RBI in the rout. Andrew Perdue allowed 1 ER and struck out 6 in going the distance for the complete game win.
Calloway County 16 Hickman County 5 (6 innings)
Connor Wagner had a perfect 5-5 night and scored 4 runs, Tyler Greer added 3 hits, and Dain Satterwhite homered and drove in 4 runs in the Calloway rout.
Bardstown 10 Fairdale 9
Lincoln Doan went 2-4 with a HR and 3 RBI, Shunta Muto added a 2-run triple, and Dillan O’Daniel added 2 hits as Bardstown rallied for 5 runs in the bottom of the 7th to win it.
Bardstown 17 Thomas Nelson 5 (5 innings)
Bardstown pounded out 16 hits in the rout led by Dillan O’Daniel, Shubta Muto, Jonathan Greer, and Matt Bond. Bond went the distance on the mound to pick up the win.
Knox Central 6 Rockcastle County 3
Evan Lay and Dustin Bingham each had 2 hits, and Jake Nelson blasted a 3-run home run in the win. Trevor Sanborn went the distance on the mound to record the win.
Greenup County 6 Johnson Central 5
Seth Boyle went 3-3 with a double and 2 RBI to lead Greenup to the win. Christian Wireman picked up the win tossing 1 1/3 innings of scoreless relief.
Bethlehem 7 Marion County 2
Zach Smith went 2-4 with a double and 2 RBI, and Conner Ballard, John Riney, and Alan Webb each added 2 hits apiece in the Bethlehem win. Ballard went the distance, scattering 6 hits and allowing no ER while racking up 8 K’s.
Bourbon County 7 Mason County 0
Cody Miles went 3-4 with 2 RBI to lead Bourbon County to the win. Kaven Brown scattered 4 hits and struck out 8 in the complete game win.
Montgomery County 7 Lewis County 5
Ben Gilley and Sam Lee both homered and drove in a combined 5 runs to power the Indians’ offense.
Franklin Simpson 3 Bowling Green 0
Tyler Knight had a 3-3 night and Colton Hurt drive in 2 of the 3 runs as Franklin-Simpson shut out BG. England scattered 4 hits in going the distance for the complete game shutout.
St. Mary 5 Murray 1
Davis Sims went 2-3 with 2 doubles, and Jon Darnell added 2 hits as St. Mary knocked off Murray. John Higgins scattered 4 hits and struck out 9 in the complete game effort to pick up the win.
Mercer County 9 Lexington Christian 8
Mercer County scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th to win it in walk-off fashion. Chris Goodman had a big night at the plate stroking a double, home run, and driving in 2 runs. John Ingram and Trevor Tate each contributed 2 hits in the winning effort. Taylor Blair and Ben Cooper each homered in the loss for LCA.
Fern Creek 12 Atherton 6
Austin Railey and Timothy Tungate each had 3 hits and 3 RBI, and Trey Blandford had 2 hits and 4 RBI as Fern Creek pounded out 14 hits in the win.
