Austin Clemons went 3-3, and Gunnar Wagoner and Nate Stemle each added 2 hits as the Tigers colled off a hot Tates Creek team. Western Kentucky recruit Sam Melchior went the distance on the mound for Saint Xavier.

(No.5) PRP 9 Trinity 0
PRP used 7 walks in the first inning to build an 8-0 lead. Joseph Hatcher ripped a double and drove in 3 runs, and Josh Beams drove in 2 in the win. Greg Laughlin threw a complete game 2-hitter to pick up the win. PRP has now won 11 consecutive games.

Sophomore Cole Womack went 2-3 with a home run, and Seth English drove in 3 runs to lead Lone Oak. Nick Shumaker, Colby Griggs, and Ryan Garner each added 2 hits in the win. Womack scattered 4 hits in going the distance for the shutout.

Danville pounded out 13 hits en route to qualifying for the All A State Tournament. Will Graham and John Roney each had 2 hits and 2 RBI. Nick Serey and Jay Hunn each added 2 hits in the win. Taylor Blair hit a home run in the loss.

Troy Merida had 2 hits and Jake Purkins added a double in the win. Sophomore Maxx Mahon allowed 2 hits and struck out 8 in his 6 innings of work to record the win.
Madison Central 3 (No.22) Ballard 1
Morehead State recruit Jimmy Wright and Eastern Kentucky recruit Ben Fisher both hit home runs in the Madison Central win. Jeremy Lakes allowed 1 earned run over 5 1/3 innings for the win.

Kevin Veeley collected 2 hits, and Kipp Moore and Dillon Boone each drove in 2 runs. Four Shelby County pitchers combined on the 1-hit shutout.

Dallas Adkins went 4-4 with 2 doubles, Kyle Goodman doubled and drove in 2 runs, and Jonathan Thrasher added 2 RBI in the Butler win. Tyler Sturgeon struck out 6 over 5 innings of work to pick up the win.
Kentucky Country Day 8 Jeffersontown 1
Louisville recruit Will Smith clubbed 2 home runs and drove in 4 runs to power KCD. Zach Lyles went 2-4 with a triple and 2 RBI, and Parker James went the distance in throwing a 2-hitter for the win.
Corbin 8 Barbourville 4
Taylor Combs went 2-4 with a double and 2 RBI, and Derek Terry added 2 hits in the Corbin victory. Austin Combs picked up the win. The junior right-hander allowed 2 earned runs on 2 hits and struck out 6 over his 6 innings of work.
Fairdale 7 Seneca 2
Boo Crabtree went 2-3 with 3 RBI, and John Masterson and Brandon Blair each added 2 hits in the win. Austin Lile struck out 6 in 6 2/3 innings of relief to record the win.
Atherton 10 Bullitt Central 2
Michael Vittitoe went 3-4 with 2 RBI and 3 runs scored, and Nate DeNicola doubled and drove in 2 runs to lead Atherton. Vittitoe allowed 2 hits and no earned runs over 4 innings to pick up the win.
Mercer County 7 Lincoln County 3
John Ingram and Layne Peavler each stroked 2 doubles, and JT Long added 3 hits for Mercer County. Banks allowed 3 earned runs over 4 innings of work to pick up the win.
Franklin County 7 Frankfort 1
Nate Cumpston went 3-5 with a triple and scored 3 runs, and David Current added 2 hits and 2 RBI in the win. Quenton Brownlee allowed 1 earned run over 6 innings of work to pick up the win.
Breckinridge County 2 Hancock County 1
Isaiah Sosh and Trey Woosley each went 2-3 with a double and RBI in the victory. Woosley also picked up the win, allowing no earned runs over 5 2/3 innings of work.
Murray 4 Marshall County 2
Dustin Bevel went 2-3 with a double and 2 RBI, and Zach Grogan, BJ Elder, and Will Adams all added 2 hits apiece in the Murray win. Murray State recruit John Lollar went the distance allowing 2 earned runs while striking out 8 for the win.
Whitley County 9 Clay County 8
Steven Watson went 2-4 with 4 RBI to lead Whitley County to the win.
Bethlehem 4 Bardstown 2
Conner Ballard and Zach Smith each had 2 hits in the win. Alan Webb picked up the win, throwing 2 1/3 innings of scoreless relief.
Adair County 8 Taylor County 1
The Indians won their 10th straight since returning from Spring Break in Florida, wrapping up a perfect 20th District slate with Thursday's win over rival Taylor Co. Soph. Zach Hutchison picked up a complete game win scattering four hits, while fanning five Cardinals. Marshall Shelley and Ty Bennett each had a pair of hits, with Shelley accounting for four runs. Dusty Todd added a homerun and three RBIs.
Bowling Green 11 Warren East 4
Devin Hayes hit a 2-run home run, and Daulton Potter added 2 hits for Bowling Green. Potter allowed 1 earned run and struck out 7 in his 6 innings of work on the mound.
Henry Clay 9 Scott County 5
Michael DeJesus went 3-3, and Ian Hays added a double in the win for Henry Clay. Hays allowed 1 earned run and racked up 10 K’s in picking up the win.

Trevor Brewer doubled twice and drove in 3 runs, and Kent Smith and Drew Hayles each added 2 hits and 3 RBI as Greenwood cruised to the win. Tanner Kirby struck out 6 in going the distance for the win.
