Throughout the West Virginia high school baseball regular season we will be posting a Power 5 in each classification. Updates will be made for Class AAA on Mondays, AA on Tuesdays and A on Wednesdays. Check back frequently at PBR West Virginia to follow team and individual results from the previous week. Summary:
Charleston Catholic holds on to number one with a 3-1 week. The loss came to this week's new No. 4 Ravenswood by a 9-3 score. A number of players posted gaudy offensive numbers in multiple non-competitive games. Regardless of the level of competition Jacob Hufford should be acknowledged for an absurd line of 13-for-14, 9 R, 5 RBI, 2 BB.
WILLIAMSTOWN

Summary:
Williamstown moves up to No. 2 following a 2-1 week. The Yellowjackets now sit at 20-4-1 on the season. Individual statistics were not available.

1. Chase Swain, SS/RHP, #7 PBR West Virginia Class of 2018 Rankings, Glenville State recruit
Summary:
Ravenswood jumps from out of the rankings into the No. 4 slot on the strength of a 6-0 week which included a convincing win over number one Charleston Catholic. The Red Devil offense was led by Stephen Dawson who went 10-for-16, scored nine times and drove in seven. Teammate Jake Green registered an equally impressive line of 9-for-14, 10 R, 9 RBI. Chase Swain went yard three times in the six games.
MOOREFIELD

Summary:
Moorefield hangs onto the No. 5 spot by going 1-1 this week. Lane Ours hit safely in five of seven at bats and drove in three.
