2017 Prospect Review: #13 Miller Pleimann
December 18, 2017
As the calendar turns to December, I want to review the top prospects from the 2017. These players have separated themselves as top prospect, with the potential at some point in their career to become professional prospects, if they are not already.
No. 13 Miller Pliemann Fayetteville HS
Pleimann made a huge jump on my radar to kick off the new year as he attended my NWA Arkansas Open Showcase at Perfect Timing. He showed a clean arm action, with fast arm speed and a feel to pitch with three pitches. After that event recruiting picked up for Miller, he continued to show an improving skill set through out the spring leading Fayetteville to the state tournament.
He committed to Wichita State mid-spring. He started his summer off well at the All-State Games, as he impressed the MLB Scouts in attendance, with his advanced pitchability. He just continues to become a relevant name in the MLB draft conversation as every time he has pitched he has been sharp either for Perfect Timing or at the Midwest Scout association work out.
