As we prepare for the upcoming 2015 high school season, we will be taking a preseason glimpse at programs from around the state.

Zeke Pinkham, 6'1 210 senior catcher (University of Louisville commit) All District, All Region, All State hit .434 with 12 2B, 6 3B, 1 HR and drove in 34 as a junior (hit .507 with 6 HR and 57 RBI as a sophomore)

Hunter Sullivan, 6' 190 junior P/SS All District, All Region, All State, Area Sophomore, Pitcher, and Player of the Year to go along with Region Player of the Year. Hit .395 with 10 2B, 2 3B, 1 HR, 27 runs, and 44 RBI On the mound he was 12-1 with 4 saves. Struck out 88 and had an ERA of 0.44 in 67 1/3 IP (Being recruited by a number of high D1 schools) (Profile and Video on PBR site)
Cody Bridges, 6' 160 senior LHP/CF. All District, All Region, Junior East/West All Star. Hit .417 with 7 2B, 2 3B, with 39 runs and 20 RBI in the lead off spot. Was 3-2 with an 1.81 ERA and 40 K's in 54 IP (Profile and Video on PBR site)
Austin Freyberger, 6' 160 senior P/OF All District and All Region. Hit .409 with 5 2B, 1 3B, with 36 runs and 27 RBI (Profile and Video on PBR site)
Conner Kindred, 6'2 220 senior P/Inf/OF. 5-1 with 1 save in 33 2/3 IP. Also drove in 14. Expecting a big time senior year from him.
TOP UNDERCLASSMEN
Jack Wilson, 6'2 210 junior P/3B. Hit .311 with 8 2B and 19 RBI Was 4-0 with 2 saves in 19 1/3 to go along with a 2.53 ERA and 19 K's (could transition to a catcher at the next level)

Peyton Payne, 6'3 170 junior OF. .306 18 runs and 26 RBI
Brady Swift, 6' 200 junior 1B. Hit .364 in limited action as a sophomore but is a highly skilled hitter
Notable Losses
Preston Patterson .376, 10 2B, 1 HR, 34 RBI and the DH All Region tournament team (did not play in college)
According to the Coach
This teams strength should be experience both on the mound (return top 4 pitchers) and on offense (return top 4 hitters). With improved defense, this team has a chance to repeat as region champs and possibly make a deep state tournament run.
