5-foot-10, 165-pound, RHP has a smaller and compact frame with some solid arm speed and athleticism on the mound.  Mileham uses a quick rocker step to get into his leg lift and continue an uptempo delivery toward the plate.  He strides slightly closed but is able to get out and over his front side.  A longer arm action comes from an over-the-top slot.  Fastball was straight and his curveball showed 12/6 shape.

8/16/15 - The 5-foot-10, 155-pound righty has a lanky athletic build. Throwing from the high-¾ arm slot with shorter arm action, Mileham displays a repeatable delivery with minimal effort. Showed some arm-side run on his fastball sitting at 75-76mph. He has room to develop physically with his slender body build. Mileham cruised through his outing only showing a fastball with a shutout inning on three pitches. As a position player, posted a 7.41 60 time and had a 76 mph position velocity from the outfield. Defensively, Mileham has shorter arm action, some accuracy, average arm strength with a slower exchange. Offensively, he showed above average bat speed for age from the right side and an 81 mph exit velocity off the tee. Hits from a balanced setup with minimal stride, hands start high and drop some to trigger swing, level swing path, line drive type hitter with a gap to gap approach. Mileham went 2-for-5 during game play.
