5-foot-5, 170-pound, thick, strong athletic frame. The lower half has strength to it. A left-handed hitting catcher, has a simple and balanced approach at the plate. The hands are set just above the shoulder, are loose with movement to them. The lower half is even and is shoulder width apart, uses a no stride approach. The swing is level across his chest, finishes it with two hands, could stay through it a little longer, the approach is spread out all over the field, hit the ball where it was pitched. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 68 mph and ran a 8.10 sixty yard dash. Defensively, gets and works low to the ground behind the plate. The setup is balanced, sits on the flats of his feet. Gets underneath the low pitch well when receiving, glove hand is strong. During the transfer, the right foot replaces the left foot and gets the glove to throwing hand. The arm action has a some crank like action to it, with average length. The pop times were at 2.19-2.25 and the arm was clocked at 66 mph. Strength and continued conditioning will aid in his development.

5-foot-5, 170-pound thick durable catcher’s frame, lower half and hands are strong. A left-handed hitting catcher, hits from an even, balanced and wider stance. The hands are loose, have some movement leading into load, the lower half is under control and has a minimal stride for timing. The path is level through the zone, finishes with one hand, the tee exit velocity was 74 mph and he had a middle of the field approach. The separation could be more, getting hands back to hit and looks to roll it early at times. Behind the plate setup is balanced and low to the ground, hands are relaxed when receiving. The transfer is short and quick, but he can close front side down more, same with lower half needs to get in line with target, easy fix with reps. The arm works out of a high-¾ slot, clocked at 70 mph from the crouch.
