6/25/14 DiLoreto is a 5-foot-9, 150-pound C/OF that showcased sound catch and throw skills with pop times of 2.06-2.15 on throws of 72 mph from the crouch. The right-handed hitter displayed a flat bat path and the ability to use all fields from a square stance during batting practice with a bat exit velocity of 77 mph. DiLoreto 2-for-7 in game play and showed the athleticism needed to play multiple defensive positions.
2/16/14 DiLoreto hits from a square stance with a leg lift trigger. He showcased a line drive approach and displayed the ability to barrel the baseball frequently with a bat exit velocity of 84 mph. The 5-foot-9, 150-pound sophomore registered a 4.16 home-to-1B time and flashed pop times of 2.06-2.16 on throws of 75 mph from the crouch.
1/20/14 DiLoreto is a 5-foot-9, 150-pound catcher that shows promise. The right-handed hitter uses a slight leg lift trigger from a square stance to generate barrel whip with a bat exit velocity of 76 mph. DiLoreto showed balance throughout his swing and stayed inside the baseball well to repeatedly barrel the baseball to all fields. He showed athletic actions behind the plate and above average blocking abilities. DiLoreto ran a 7.56 60-yard dash and showcased pop times of 2.16-2.25 on throws of 73 mph from the crouch.
