2/15/15 Ottomano won't wow anyone with his present velocity, but his 6-foot-3, 165-pound frame and 3/4 arm slot makes him an interesting follow. The sophomore sat 68-70 with some arm side run to his fastball with the potential for significant velocity gains with mechanical improvements and added physical maturation. Ottomano also showcased a 62 mph curveball with 11/5 rotation and a 65 mph changeup that showed run with arm speed similar to that of his fastball. The righty has long levers and appears to be just beginning to get a feel for his frame.
