9/15/13 Prickett turned in a 90 mph bat exit velocity and barreled the baseball repeatedly to the pull side during BP. The left-handed hitter went on to go 1-for-3 with a double in game action. Prickett showcased pop times of 2.06-2.15 on throws of 70 mph out of the crouch. The 6-foot, 190-pound uncommitted senior also showed solid receiving and blocking skills in game action.
7/18/13 Prickett is a 6-foot, 190-pound catcher that showcased a quick transfer and the ability to gain ground on throws of 69 mph from the crouch. Prickett's pop times of 2.03-2.06 will continue to improve as he adds more arm strength to his sound throwing mechanics. The left-handed hitter utilized a square stance and solid lower half actions to spray line drives repeatedly during his round of batting practice with a bat exit velocity of 81 mph.
