Boggs is a 6-foot-1, 165-pound RHP/Util who attends Oxford Area HS.  He contributed at the varsity level as a freshman.

9/22/13 Boggs is a 6-foot-1, 165-pound righty that topped at 76 mph out of a high 3/4 arm slot. He also commanded a 69 mph 11/5 breaking curveball that he used effectively to keep hitters off his fastball. Boggs worked three scoreless innings allowing just one hit while striking out one. He retired six hitters on ground balls. 

8/25/13 Boggs is a 6-foot-1, 165-pound righty that sat 77-79 out of a high 3/4 arm slot. He has a fluid delivery and appears to have more velocity in store. Boggs also displayed an effective 71 mph 11/5 breaking curveball that he throws out of the same arm slot with good arm speed. Boggs worked three scoreless innings in game action with three strikeouts.
