The uncommitted senior creates some armside run from a hip coil delivery and showed command to both sides of the plate. Measell also flashed a 69 mph curveball with tight 11/5 rotation and two plane break when down in the zone. The righty's changeup showed some sink at 71 mph and was thrown at fastball arm speed.
