7/8/14 Rebel is a primary pitcher that sat 78-80 out of a high 3/4 arm slot with a very quick arm. He works quickly and pounds the strike zone. The righty also displayed an 11/5 breaking curve ball with tight rotation and a 73 mph cutter that has late downward action. The 5-foot-11, 140-pound righty has room to add to his frame and could still see significant velocity gains. Rebel showcased a 78 mph arm from the outfield and ran a 7.28 60-yard dash. The right-handed hitter displayed the ability to barrel the baseball to all fields out of an open stance with a bat exit velocity of 82 mph.
