Big imposing presence for the 2020 pitcher at 6-foot-4, 205-pounds from the left side. Abbreviated arm with a small arm stab in the back. Uses legs well to drive towards home plate. Fastball works in the 78-80 range with some command and natural movement. Breaking ball was a work in progress lacking finish. Slower arm action with little arm extension. Still flashed the desirable spin showing it’s there and needs development. Projectable from the left side that has the athleticism to develop into a big time arm, Tiago needs to continue to work on his secondary stuff and to use the strength he currently has in his frame. Another one to watch closely as he has all the makings of what you look for in young pitchers.
