Tall and lean at 6-foot-4, 160-pounds. Worked out as both pitcher and infielder. Defensively, showed proper intent and reads in the infield, charged everything with aggressiveness, worked from ¾ slot across the diamond, when he set his feet arm was stronger across the diamond. At the plate, hits from left side, lots of moving parts, when balanced at contact he will be able to get extension through baseball, had an exit velocity of 73 mph. On the mound, Adams worked strictly out the stretch with a clean arm action and ¾ arm slot. Was around the zone with three pitches. Fastball was 69 mph while changeup was in low 60’s and he threw strikes with his curveball at 59 mph.
